UFX 7 ELECTRONIC POULTRY STUNNER (CHICKENS AND TURKEYS)

Modern UFX 7 is a Electronic Stunner of poultry for slaughter industrial lines of high performance that allows apply the stunning parameters of the Regulation 1099/2009, ensuring welfare and animal getting at the same time excellent results in meat quality. This all is possible due because sophisticated control algorithms of the waveforms and frequency (XWControl function ) that can generate electrical current pulses that act effectively in the central nervous system of the bird without generating unwanted effects in the meat.

SUPERVISORY POULTRY STUNNER

With the supervisory system of birds stunning, the data is read directly from the stunner and reliably stored in the database that enables the generation of reports for a period in the form of graphics or table of values, also enabling generation documents in PDF format for emailing or printing. The parameters of stunner process can be seen in real time on the computer screen, allowing audits to view the data online.

  • Programmed operation voltage and actual voltage output;

  • Waveform;
  • The conveyor speed;
  • Time and date of occurrence;
  • These data can be presented in numerical reports or graphics, can be grouped in minutes, hours or days.
